Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Provide legal representation to insurance clients, ensuring successful case outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case status updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in First and Third-Party Insurance Litigation or related fields.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in litigation processes, including discovery, motion drafting, and trial preparation.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
