Salary: - per hour Job Requisition ID: R5776 Prologis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their legal department. This role will provide support to the real estate group and will focus on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development deals. Key Responsibilities: - Support all aspects of real estate transactions, with a focus on title and survey review, due diligence, document preparation, and post-closing integration and administration - Lead in the preparation, review, and negotiation of legal documentation - Communicate and negotiate with third parties as needed - Abstract and summarize material terms of contracts - Develop professional relationships with internal and external resources Requirements: - 10+ years of real estate and related experience - Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary systems - Experience supporting and closing real estate transactions - Dedication to professionalism and integrity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Independent, proactive, and organized worker - Flexibility to respond quickly to changing demands - Ability to maintain confidentiality - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred: - Experience with SalesForce, Doxsera, Smartsheet, and SimpleLegal - Experience with data center acquisitions, dispositions, and conversions Salary: - per hour Prologis is a people-first company, and we value employees who are decisive, courageous, and adaptable.
