Law Firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Private Equity Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their team. This position can be located in various office locations, including Miami, Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Florida, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A and private equity transactions, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
