Job Overview:
- Provide legal counsel and representation in eminent domain cases.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the firm's brand and reputation.
- Manage law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
- Build cases for trial, including evidence development, witness interviews, and depositions.
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and representation in eminent domain matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate in case strategy development and implementation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
- Attend court hearings and trials as required.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
