Duties

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial.
  • Conduct detailed case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
  • Draft, file, and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide case updates and ensure clarity on legal processes.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong focus on plaintiff representation.
  • In-depth understanding of state laws, regulations, and procedures related to personal injury cases.
  • Strong research, analytical, and case management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in drafting legal documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively within a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications and Skills

  • Active Bar license in the state of practice.
