Location
Duties
- Manage all phases of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial.
- Conduct detailed case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
- Draft, file, and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide case updates and ensure clarity on legal processes.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong focus on plaintiff representation.
- In-depth understanding of state laws, regulations, and procedures related to personal injury cases.
- Strong research, analytical, and case management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in drafting legal documents.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively within a team.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications and Skills
- Active Bar license in the state of practice.
