Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Attorneys to prepare, file, and monitor various immigration and nationality law matters. - Responsible for email/phone client communications. - Provide guidance to assignees regarding proprietary systems and case processing. - Input client services rendered and sent to accounting for processing. - Manage status of filed applications and petitions. - Prepare internal caseload reports for management. - Share process flow with assignees. - Perform research to obtain necessary information. - Initiate contact with government agencies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or PL certificate from an ABA-approved program. - 1+ year(s) of . corporate immigration experience. - Comfortable in high-volume environment. - Demonstrates sound judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors. - Superior client service skills. - Able to prioritize cases and meet deadlines. - Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn proprietary software. Salary Information: - Expected salary range for this California position is between $62,000 and $65,900. - Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
