Job Duties:

Requirements:
- JD degree from a nationally recognized law school.
- Admission to practice law in New York and California.
- 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably with an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is advantageous.
