Job Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases such as car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and other injury claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Engage in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Provide clients with compassionate, professional, and responsive legal counsel.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Alabama State Bar in good standing.
• Trial attorney specializing in personal injury law.
• Strong litigation skills with experience in conducting trials and handling complex cases.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
