Location
Duties
- Conduct client intakes and gather necessary case files from prior counsel.
- Attend night court sessions and work cooperatively with court clerks, police departments, prosecutors, Division of Family Services, GALs, and other relevant parties.
- Organize and maintain case file materials and conduct legal research.
- Prepare and deliver pre-trial motions, objections, briefs, and post-trial briefs.
- Conduct witness examinations and closing arguments.
- Prepare exhibits and witnesses for trial.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals.
- Demonstrate strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law and wills/estates.
- Experience handling cases in a courtroom environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, listen attentively, and take instructions.

Education
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.
