Duties
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation through trial and appeal in both state and federal courts.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.

- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Participate in business development and networking activities.
Requirements
- Admission to the New York and New Jersey State Bars.
- 2-10 years of experience in litigation.
- Experience in insurance litigation and federal court proceedings is preferred.
