Experience Required 5 years: Trusts & Estates experience preferred. Husch Blackwell LLP, a full-service litigation and business law firm, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our Trusts & Estates department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates, a two-year degree (with a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. As a Paralegal in our Trusts & Estates department, you will be responsible for a range of estate planning matters, including preparing tax returns, maintaining trust accounting records, and administering trusts and estates. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with clients and financial advisors, and must maintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all times. In addition to a strong background in Trusts & Estates, the ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, continually changing environment. Corporate and Real Estate experience is a plus, as well as familiarity with tax and trust accounting software and document database programs.
