Duties:

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
• Admission to a State Bar.
• Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Advanced academic performance is preferred.

Certifications:

• State Bar membership.
• USPTO admission.
