Duties

• Handle court appearances, trials, motion drafting, witness interviews, and legal research.
• Analyze potential case outcomes based on legal precedents.
• Manage a substantial caseload effectively.
• Offer detailed legal analysis to identify potential case benefits for clients.
• Gather supporting evidence to bolster client cases or counter prosecution charges.
• Prepare clients for depositions, determine case strategy goals, and secure witness or expert testimony to support client positions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in criminal defense.
• Proven experience managing complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Certifications

• Current and valid license to practice law.
