Duties:

  • Provide legal guidance and support to clients on public and private company equity and debt capital markets transactions.
  • Advise clients on SEC reporting requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to securities laws and FinTech regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and prospectuses.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • 3-6 years of experience in capital markets, securities, or related practice areas.
