A highly respected Delaware County law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Litigation Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of litigation experience and excellent drafting and research skills. This is an in-person position, with flexibility offered to established team members. Duties

• Manage litigation cases in community association law, construction litigation, and real estate.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis for cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and writing skills.
• Highly motivated, hardworking, and reliable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law in Pennsylvania (required).
• License to practice law in New Jersey (preferred).
