The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree, and 3-5 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong emphasis on USCIS processes. The ability to work independently and remotely from any location is crucial for this position.
Duties:
- Handle a caseload of O-1 Visa applications for individuals with extraordinary abilities.
- Conduct thorough case assessments, research, and analysis to ensure the accuracy and success of visa petitions.
- Prepare and file petitions, forms, and supporting documentation with USCIS.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case progress and advising on legal matters related to their visa applications.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and USCIS policies relevant to O-1 Visa applications.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex immigration matters, as needed.
- Provide legal guidance and representation in administrative proceedings or hearings, if required.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience practicing immigration law, with a focus on handling O-1 Visa cases.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of USCIS processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with other immigration practice areas is preferred.

- A license to practice law in California is required.
