Job Overview: A law firm in New York City is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in litigation, particularly with investigations and government enforcement actions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex cases independently.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Provide timely, accurate, and precise work products to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Foster positive work relationships internally and externally.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including extensive computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and in-person meetings as required.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with investigations and government enforcement actions.
• Experience with FCPA and FCA matters is preferred.
