Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on monetization and e-commerce matters, including consumer protection, B2B and B2C engagement, advertising, influencer marketing, and intellectual property.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional teams to support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s E-Commerce initiatives.
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements related to digital and e-commerce platforms.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s monetization and e-commerce initiatives through review of consumer disclosures, policies, and terms and conditions.
- Identify and resolve opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce contractual friction through template development, process improvement, and internal training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and . from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of a state bar.
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in the retail, creative, advertising, and technology industries.
- Knowledge of US laws as they apply to platform providers and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in platform liability, intellectual property, consumer protection, regulatory and compliance schemes, and customer/third party agreements.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills in a cross-functional and global role.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- In-house experience at a technology company.
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Previous experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Salary Information:
- The base salary range for this position in Seattle is $133,000 - $228,000 annually.
- Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
- In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
- Benefits may vary depending on employment nature and location, but generally include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, and wellbeing benefits.
- Employees also receive 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
