Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to handle a diverse caseload, focusing on personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will investigate case facts, develop evidence, and negotiate settlements while maintaining strong client and team relationships.

Duties:

• Investigate case facts and develop evidence of damages.
• Negotiate all aspects of case settlements, including lien resolutions.
• Maintain communication with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve law firm goals.
• Supervise support staff.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
• 2-5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.
• Insurance defense and/or prior claims handling experience is a major advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Needles case management software is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Superior negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
