Duane Morris LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its dynamic and growing Class Action group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 7+ years of experience in complex litigation to handle cutting edge class action work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Defend class action lawsuits in various areas such as employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud.
- Conduct legal research and writing to provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with a team of excellent employment law professionals and class action litigators.
- Handle a high volume of complex litigation cases.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation.
- Experience in defending class action lawsuits is highly desired.
- Superior academic and research and writing credentials.
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant state(s).
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
- The target annual pay range is $350,000+.
- Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs, and market factors.
- The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total compensation package for employees.
- The firm also offers discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
