The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, a robust book of business, and a demonstrated commitment to client service, interpersonal collaboration, and effective communication. The role requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Tennessee Bar.

Duties:

• Represent clients in construction-related litigation, including disputes over contracts, defects, delays, and other construction-related issues.
• Manage and lead complex litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal memoranda and reports.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessments related to construction projects and disputes.
• Engage in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions to resolve disputes effectively.
• Maintain and build client relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and successful case outcomes.
• Stay current on developments in construction law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Over 10 years of experience in construction litigation, with boutique-level expertise.
• A robust book of business and demonstrated ability to generate and manage client relationships.
