This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of attorneys and staff, advising and training employers on a wide range of employment law issues and defending against administrative enforcement investigations. As an Employment Law Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting workplace equity and helping employers cultivate high-functioning and diverse workforces. With a focus on proactive strategies and strong policies, you will work towards our clients' goals of inclusivity and respect for every employee's contribution. To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an accredited law school and preferably at least 1 year of experience, with employment law experience being a plus. Admission to the Colorado Bar is also preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and oversee other professionals. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are also important for this role.
