The attorney will be responsible for guiding clients through the pre-litigation process, providing compassionate client care, and ensuring optimal outcomes for their cases. This role involves regular communication with clients and insurance companies, focusing on claim evaluation, negotiation, and case management.
Location:
Duties:
- Meet with clients to discuss their cases, offering empathy and building trust.
- Provide clients with regular updates on their case status and communicate important developments.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
- Evaluate claims and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standard of client service.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
Requirements:
- Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing or willingness to become barred in Georgia.
- Experience in evaluating personal injury and property damage claims.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active membership in the Georgia Bar or ability to obtain bar membership in Georgia.
Skills:
