Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Development, Investments, and Real Estate Transactions team in Atlanta. This role involves working on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including development, investment, financing, and leasing while representing a diverse range of clients such as national retailers, private equity investors, and corporate end users.

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions across various asset classes, including office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national real estate platform.
• Engage in investment and development transactions, ensuring client interests are prioritized.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide expert legal guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law, specifically in acquisition, leasing, and development.
• Experience in the retail/shopping center industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to represent national and regional investors, developers, and tenants.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member in good standing of the Georgia Bar or willingness to seek admission.
