The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and litigating various casualty cases, contributing to the firm's expertise in general liability defense.

Job Details:

• Manage and litigate General Liability cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex casualty issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients facing general liability claims.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and conferences related to casualty matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about changes in casualty laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing case strategies and legal arguments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Pennsylvania.
• 3-5 years of experience in defending General Liability cases.
