The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entity formation, corporate governance, and contract negotiation, with the ability to lead and manage complex business transactions.
Duties:
- Advise clients on entity formation, corporate structuring, and governance matters.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of business contracts, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial leases.
- Counsel clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and manage transactional closings.
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and corporate law issues.
- Handle day-to-day legal matters for corporate clients, including contract disputes and employment issues.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
