Duties

• Provide legal representation in personal injury cases, handling a variety of matters from intake to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and keep them informed throughout the legal process.
• Work with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of case activities and adhere to deadlines to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, with a preference for candidates with personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing and research skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for working with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently under deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• An active and valid license to practice law in Arkansas is required.
