Duties:

• Represent clients in Social Security and Veterans disability claims before government agencies, administrative judges, and federal courts.
• Advise clients on legal matters related to the application and appeals process.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs and motions, to support case arguments.
• Collaborate with clients, caseworkers, and experts to build strong cases.
• Manage an independent caseload while working collaboratively with other attorneys and administrative team members.

Requirements:

• Passion for helping individuals with disabilities and a commitment to client advocacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in Ohio (or currently in the process of admission).
