Location:
Duties:
- Represent clients in Social Security and Veterans disability claims before government agencies, administrative judges, and federal courts.
- Advise clients on legal matters related to the application and appeals process.
- Draft legal documents, including briefs and motions, to support case arguments.
- Collaborate with clients, caseworkers, and experts to build strong cases.
- Manage an independent caseload while working collaboratively with other attorneys and administrative team members.
Requirements:
