The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in handling employment-based immigration matters, ensuring a high level of expertise in providing legal counsel to corporate clients.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee business immigration cases, focusing on employment-based matters such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, and employment-based green cards.
• Provide strategic legal advice to corporate clients regarding immigration compliance and regulations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, actively contributing to the growth of the firm's immigration practice.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in immigration hearings and appeals.
• Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance and provide proactive legal counsel.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A portable book of business is required.
• Extensive experience in business immigration law.

Education:
