We are looking for candidates with a background in either chemistry, biology, electrical engineering, or computer science to work on a variety of litigation matters. Candidates should have experience with all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission is required, with preference given to those also admitted to practice before the USPTO.
