The attorney will play a key role in contract review, drafting, and negotiation to ensure proper contract formation with customers, suppliers, and other business partners in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. The position will report to a Market Unit Legal Lead and can be located in multiple cities across the US. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including complex contracts such as outsourcing agreements, Master Services Agreements, SaaS agreements, and Work Orders/Statements of Work (SOWs) - Review and evaluate terms and conditions in customer requests for proposal (RFPs) and provide legal and contractual guidance to business teams - Identify potential risks and issues in RFPs and contracts and provide feedback to management and business teams - Advise on data protection, AI, intellectual property, and other cutting-edge technologies and related legal and commercial matters - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues and achieve consensus across diverse points of view - Engage and resolve routine and unique contracting issues Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in-house - Experience with complex commercial contracts, with a focus on outsourcing and advisor-led agreements - Strong self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and escalate when necessary - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and work closely with sales teams to address needs and adjust focus as needed - Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet project goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Life at Capgemini: Capgemini values the well-being of its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work options, healthcare, financial well-being programs, paid time off, and parental leave. The base salary range for this role in the tagged location is $87,500 - $149,600, with potential for additional compensation such as variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
