Job Overview: A law firm specializing in telecommunications law is seeking a Mid-Level Telecom Associate Attorney to join its team in Washington, DC. Job Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Ensure all work products are timely, accurate, and meet the firm's standards.
  • Manage workload to meet deadlines and expectations consistently.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Adhere to all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extensive computer work, virtual conference calls, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as supervising attorneys assign.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Washington, .
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications law.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or with the FCC preferred.
  • Curiosity and interest in new telecommunications and spectrum-based technologies.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications regulatory issues under the Communications Act and FCC procedures.
