Polsinelli PC, a top law firm known for its creative and professional work culture, is seeking an IP Patent Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution. This hybrid role can be located in our Houston or Washington . offices, or in any state/jurisdiction where we practice. Responsibilities: - Coordinating and filing global patent portfolios - Written and verbal communication with clients and USPTO personnel - Reviewing and organizing patent files and docket deadlines - Preparing and submitting various documents - Conducting research and compiling data - Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Skills: - Knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and foreign rules and procedures - Understanding of IP docket and deadlines - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in ePCT and Microsoft programs Requirements: - 5+ years of IP experience - Docketing knowledge and experience, preferably with CPi software - Paralegal Certificate or degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Polsinelli PC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 for this position.
