Duties

• Manage civil litigation in areas such as:

  • Landlord/tenant disputes
  • Federal and State employment violations (., Fair Labor Standards Act)
  • Worker’s compensation cases
  • Personal injury cases
• Conduct legal research and draft case documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with legal teams to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• Active Bar license in New York.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is preferred.
• Proven experience in litigation with strong case management skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in New York (required).
• New Jersey Bar admission (preferred).
