Duties:

• Structure, document, and negotiate secured and unsecured financing transactions, including senior secured mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions.
• Handle acquisition financings and loan workouts.
• Provide legal counsel in leveraged finance transactions, particularly in mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and review complex financing agreements and related documents.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments related to debt finance.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in debt finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in structuring, documentation, and negotiation of various financing transactions.
• Experience with leveraged finance, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
