Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level technology transactions associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have drafting experience, particularly in connection with complex technology agreements, and experience working on intellectual property transactions (such as technology licensing agreements, outsourcing arrangements, software development agreements, content licensing deals, other technology matters, and/or IP due diligence in connection with M&A and other corporate transactions). A technical background such as a science degree or computer programming experience or experience in technology consulting is beneficial. MA Bar admission is required.
