A law firm in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Family Law / Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of litigation experience, including some family law, and will become a part of a dynamic team working on a variety of cases. Duties:

  • Work on a range of cases, including family law, trust and estate litigation, real property, contracts, personal injury, and employment law.
  • Engage in all aspects of litigation, including client contact, case management, drafting and responding to discovery requests, law and motion practice, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, and court appearances, including assisting at trial.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of litigation experience, including family law.
  • California Bar admission is required.
