Assistant General Counsel The candidate will draft and negotiate various contracts, including Master Services Agreements, engagement letters or statements of work with the firm's clients for various services, including audit, tax and advisory services. Counsel on the legal issues associated with the implementation of negotiated contractual terms. Coordinate with other departments and specialists regarding: risk management, privacy, litigation, compliance, information security and technology development.

Qualification and Experience The candidate should have a J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the United States, including in the State in which the office is located. Must have 5+ years of recent commercial contracting experience with a leading law firm and/or in house. Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are needed.
