OFRO Systems and Solutions Contract Platform Specialist Manager The candidate will analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Develop skills outside the comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same. Effectively mentor others. Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members. Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Lead the enhancement of the Icertis CLM platform to align with strategic objectives. Guide teams in implementing AI capabilities and platform enhancements. Facilitate seamless integration of the platform with other systems. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Mentor junior staff in strategic planning and client account management. Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and risk management. Drive continuous improvements and inspire innovative solutions. Support contract authoring and automation processes.

Qualification and Experience The candidate should have a high school diploma. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or Law is preferred. Advanced certification or studies in paralegal or contracting disciplines are a plus. Must have 6 years of experience in contract management, CLM platforms, or enterprise systems integration. Should ideally be skilled in: managing Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management platform; collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders; leading AI capabilities implementation within Icertis CLM; managing projects in a managed services environment; and navigating complex and matrixed environments. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is desired. Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus.
