Law Firm Seeking Midlevel Debt Finance Associate in Seattle, New York, Portland, or San Francisco Salary Range: $205,000 - $325,000 per year Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a midlevel associate attorney to join its Business and Tax practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in debt finance transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, and asset-based loans. We are open to applicants in Seattle, New York, Portland, or San Francisco.
