Duties:

  • Analyze and interpret insurance coverage issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies to handle complex insurance disputes and litigation matters.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development and strategy.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to negotiate and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
