Duties:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in the United States.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and protect their intellectual property assets.
• Conduct legal research to support patent filings and intellectual property strategies.

• Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and relevant technology sectors.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
• Technical expertise in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to a State Bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in a State Bar.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO.
