Requirements:

  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Admission to a State Bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in a State Bar.
  • Admission to practice before the USPTO.

Skills:
