A dynamic law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This position will involve supporting various aspects of litigation, including depositions, strategy development, and trials, while ensuring direct client interaction and collaboration with firm attorneys and staff. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in litigation and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Duties:

• Assist in all facets of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials
• Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation
• Develop litigation strategies and engage in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Maintain direct communication with clients regarding case developments
• Collaborate extensively with attorneys and support staff
• Delegate tasks to support personnel as needed

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree and active admission to the Texas Bar
• 3-7 years of litigation experience (more experienced candidates encouraged to apply)
• Confidence in legal abilities and decision-making
• Team-oriented mindset and strong collaborative skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and action-oriented leadership

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar
