- Monitor, prioritize, and facilitate daily workflow for self, paralegals, and support staff
- Manage appointments and hearings, ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Develop and implement case strategy and litigation plans
- Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, conferences, and mediations
- Review client invoices and record time accurately
- Participate in mentoring and professional development activities
- Engage in networking activities to promote the firm's collaborative approach
- Maintain compliance with legal standards and State Bar requirements

Requirements:
- 5+ years of prior experience in a family law firm
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
