Law Firm Seeking Experienced e-Discovery Counsel in Multiple Locations Join the dynamic Litigation Support Department at UB Greensfelder, a top-ranked Am Law 200 law firm, as an e-Discovery Counsel. This role offers the opportunity to manage e-Discovery for the entire firm, working with a team of attorneys and advising on best practices for document collection, retention, and production in litigation matters. Responsibilities Include: - Analyzing, advising, and coordinating all aspects of electronic discovery for assigned projects and matters - Providing guidance to the Litigation Support Department and clients on document management best practices - Staying up-to-date on e-Discovery developments and disseminating information to the firm - Creating and maintaining a master outline of discovery-related authority and persuasive materials Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school - License to practice law in the state and federal courts of Ohio - Minimum of 3 years of relevant e-Discovery technology or litigation support experience - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong organizational skills and understanding of e-Discovery processes - Experience with e-Discovery processing and review tools - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility and ability to maintain confidentiality UB Greensfelder is committed to diversity and creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
