Job Description:

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide and mentor you through your professional development. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on projects and contracts under the supervision of senior legal professionals.
- Develop expertise in specific legal areas, such as procurement, distribution, data protection, or regulations related to ESET technologies and products.
- Review changes to contract templates and analyze contracts independently.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing internal guidelines, policies, and regulations as directed.
- Conduct research and prepare legal analysis to support decision-making and compliance efforts.
- Provide clear and concise guidance to internal stakeholders on straightforward legal matters.
- Manage and resolve legal requests and service tickets independently.
- Maintain proper records and document processes.
- Assist with compliance reviews and processes.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Valid law degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid bar license in jurisdiction of position.
- Ability to effectively gather and communicate information from various stakeholders.
- Strong desire for professional growth and development.
- Precise and careful in handling legal tasks and documentation.
- Willingness to learn from feedback and embrace challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary Information:

- Base salary range of $115,000-$125,000.
- Eligibility for bi-annual bonus based on meeting target goals.
