The position requires an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a Juris Doctorate degree, and a valid driver's license if necessary for the job. Veterans and those applying under the NJ "SAME" program must provide appropriate documentation. The State of New Jersey requires all employees to reside in New Jersey, unless exempted under the law.
