Duties

• Provide legal support and counsel in project finance and development matters.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on large-scale project financing and development transactions.
• Conduct legal research, draft, and review project financing documentation.
• Engage in negotiations and provide advisory services to clients regarding project finance and development strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project development and/or finance.
• Preferably has worked in a large national or international law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in project finance and development, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and legal requirements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in good standing in the state of New York or ability to become admitted promptly.
