Duties

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and support staff to provide case updates.
  • Stay informed on legal developments related to education and public agency law.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, ideally in education law, public agency law, or related fields.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for supporting educational institutions and public agencies.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
