A law firm in New York City is seeking a highly experienced Senior Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in representing sophisticated clients in complex real estate transactions, demonstrating expertise in negotiating and drafting contracts, financing documents, and operating agreements across various asset classes.

 

Job Details:

  • Represent sophisticated clients in diverse and complex real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate and draft contracts of sale, financing documents, operating agreements, and joint venture agreements.
  • Handle transactions involving multifamily/residential, commercial, office buildings, mixed-use properties, hotels, distressed assets, and vacant land.
  • Display expertise in all aspects of the sale and acquisition process for a broad range of asset classes.
  • Possess excellent drafting skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in representing clients in complex real estate transactions.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and drafting contracts, financing documents, and operating agreements.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the State Bar.

 

Skills:

  • Expertise in negotiating and drafting various real estate documents.
  • In-depth knowledge of multifamily/residential, commercial, office buildings, and other asset classes.
  • Excellent drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
